They don't last and there's no customer support

These sheets were nice while they lasted....about a year and a half. I've never had sheets develop holes before and these are so extensive. You can see in the photo with smaller holes that the entire fabric is wearing down. Very uncharacteristic of 100% linen fabrics. For any sheets this is disappointing but especially so for ones so expensive. The duvet cover and pillow cases I bought are holding up at the moment but I'm not buying Amalia again so I've bought completely different sheets and will put away all Amalia products permanently. I reached out to both Bloomingdales (told me there's nothing they can do) and Amalia (no response) and will not be a returning customer to this brand. As a 100% Bloomingdales exclusive product I expected better.
