great oven, terrible durability and warranty

I love the oven but Breville customer service is severely lacking. I have had multiple ovens and given multiple as gifts with no problems, all were metal with no enamel until this one. After almost exactly 9 months the enamel started blistering and it looks like a hot mess. I fully expect the area to grow. I called Breville and was told it is cosmetic, so it is not covered period. Do not buy an enamel oven as it is poor quality, buy a metal only one.

Bloomingdale’s sucks.

The oven is great; the day after I ordered it, both Williams Sonoma and Sur le Table offered it on sale for $50 less. I contacted two different Bloomingdale’s reps who both said too bad, so sad. I regret going with Bloomingdale’s just so I could use Shop Runner. Not worth it.

Horrible

I wish I could add images of what a disaster this did to our mozzarella sticks and ruined my party horrible horrible horrible!!! Took hours of soaking and elbow grease to get the gunk out of the basket after airfrying . And this is a big smokehouse too all my house smelled like burned cheese @breville this is going back for sure
