Horrible Customer Service

I ordered both of these items as a gift. The price dropped for both and a price adjust was issued for only one item, then one item was stained and the other was full of hairs. When returning them a refund of the reduced price was issued, I lost money and the person had a horrible birthday. I bought a number of these items as gifts and hope the others are not so used.
