a beautiful shoes but sent a wrong size

loved the shoes , i ordered size 7 but they sent me a size 6. I tried it but it wasnt comfy for a long wear because it was to tight.

Wrong style and color

Ordered beige high-tops and received black low tops. Seems like others have had this mix up too. Tried to get the right pair expedited with customer service but no help. Disappointed

Unsatisfied

How I’m going to be satisfied, when they send you a shoe size smaller. And it took more then a week to arrived. I was exited to get them before my birthday and I did a soon as I open the box I can tell something was not quite right and yes sure enough to small I order size 7 and they send me size 6. Ready to return them.

CONSISTENT INCORRECT SHIPMENT

I ordered the beige shoe twice and Bloomingdale’s instead sent this black version both also wrong size! Caution in ordering this shoe from Bloomingdale’s. Consequently, I’ve had this same problem in the past and despite my complaint; they DO NOT correct the issues either with the website SKU number, warehouse, or other. I will order from Nordstrom’s.
