Disappointed and there are issues

First, I want to tell you that with the app, the Foreo Bear will go to Level 10. If your app fails to work, manual mode will only go to Level 5. I purchased the Foreo Bear on 07/09/22. Six months later and out of the blue, the app no longer worked for me. As of January 2023, you must have IOS 13 but I was given no notice. After six months, my app just kept crashing. I have an iPhone 6 and the app USED to work but in January is just abruptly stopped. I contacted them immediately but it took about five days to find out what the problem was - you now need IOS 13. When will IOS 14 no longer work? And on and on. With the app, I was using the highest level, Level 10. Their manual mode will only go as high as Level 5. As of now, they really don't let buyers know this.
