Read the ingredients (contains paba). However it works great for me amd can’t recommend it enough!

great results

I love the taste of these vitamins and the results are amazing! I have long wavy hair and I noticed that they became dull and not as thick as before. After 3 weeks of using this vitamins they gained their shine back and grow much better then before. Highly recommend!

do not use

Supplements are not regulated by the government. These have paba in them and I’m highly allergic. If you are allergic to chemical sunscreens this is not for you. I ended up in the hospital for ten days. Buyer beware.
