HORRIBLE

twice I ordered the same bag and twice I received the wrong size tote! this is ridiculous hopefully someone sees this and addresses your fulfillment center for sending incorrect orders! I ordered a medium size tote and keep received a small tote!

Gorgeous

I love this bag, it’s a little bigger than I expected but that works out perfectly. You can wear it as a tote or crossbody which makes it perfect.
