Don’t bother trying to unclasp it

We were unable to open the clasp. I have 2 other similar clasps from the same company. Any piece of jewelry this fussy is going back and back it went. Also, they have 2 bracelets that look the exact same but $500 difference. The explanations about the items are also the exact same. I still have no clue why mine was $2500 and the other $3000. I returned it. Not worth the headache for this price.
