Pretty Camera Bag but Hard to Adjust Strap Length

I love Tory Burch Kira Collections. This camera is a perfect size to hold daily necessaries like phones and keys. The only issue I have is that it is not easy to adjust the strap length. I have to pull hard to get the strap from its current strap hole and press hard to put it back.
