Cut sooooo Small

So disappointed in this dress. It was cut so small that I could not get it over my shoulders. I consistently wear a 10 (Gap, JCrew, Anthro) and I was shocked at the slimness of the cut. Needless to say....it is on its way back! The fabric was very nice and the pattern was pleasing...not overwhelming.
