horrible experince

I have ordered the shoes 3 times. 1st time online, a size 45 and a 44 came. I called customer service they assured me in was in the store near me. I get there and they tell me they don't have that color ok. I asked can he order me a size 45 please, i like the shoes and i really want them. I leave the store and reach home to receive a email saying i have ordered a size 46. Once again the wrong size. I go back to the store and it takes him a hour to correct the situation and I receive a correct size in a email. They express the order for me and once i received this order it was a size 44 again. I called customer service and asked how can this be prevented and the lady to me she can it may come wrong again. For bloomingdale to sell high in product you would think that the quality of care and concern would be the same but it isn't. I was highly disappointed because i love shopping there
