Nice but unreliable

I bought this a few weeks ago and while it's fabulous to have warm towels when I hop out of the shower, the warmer only works properly 70% of the time. I've read the instructions several times to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong but I'm still getting inconsistent results. I say, save your money and I'll chalk this up to a $170 mistake :(

Trash.

Such a waste of money. After a month of use the inner already scratch up. I only use cotton towel but the inner can't even hold up the quality. What is "luxury" about this product?
